1. Make a To-Do List of all the things you can do in the week in these Life Areas:
Environment/Toys, Family Life, Relationships, Personal Life, Health/Energy, Personal Development,
Business/Career, Business/Financial, Financial Independence/Retirement, Lasting Contribution
2. Review and Define Key Roles
3. Put the activities that you placed in Step 2 (Life Areas) into the Life Roles you selected
in Step 3 under each day of the week. (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
4. *Optional* Schedule tasks into a time in weekly planner for what you plan in Step 4

Monthly -
1. Make a To-Do List of all the Main Activities that you have in the next 6 months... such as Birthdays, Promotions,
Graduations, Weddings, Anniversaries, and any other Special Events/Interests.
Write them in the 10 life areas/interests:
Environment/Toys, Family Life, Relationships, Personal Life, Health/Energy, Personal Development,
Business/Career, Business/Financial, Financial Independence/Retirement, Lasting Contribution
2. Review Your Roles just like Step 2 of the Weekly Plan.
3. Take the Activities/Interests you planned in Step One (Life Areas) Place them with your Roles from
Step 3 and Divide them into each month. Example (Jan, Feb, March, April, May, June)
4. Take the month that you are in and ad more details where needed.
